Welcome!

Whether you are a homeowner, renter, or small business owner, our monthly meetings are a space for productive discussions on justice-related issues surrounding Detroit's tax-funded institutions like libraries, schools, special education, city services, and our neighborhoods, or to just learn more about the issues.

We do the unglamorous work of speaking at public meetings, designing and distributing leaflets, research, filing FOIA requests and other legal work, organizing and conducting teach-ins, and driving to Lansing to talk with legislators. If that interests you, send us your contact information so we can give you details on our upcoming planning meetings and other actions. If you can't participate but still want to help in some way, you can send us a donation.

You can reach us at detroitersfortaxjustice@gmail.com, by mail at P.O. Box 34040, Detroit, MI 48234, or by telephone at (313) 368-2148. Or use the contact form below:
